Wake Up Your Work-Out

Do It Daily - x2 reps
20 jumping jacks
10 crunches
5 push-ups
10 calf raises
25 russian twists
10 squats
20 high knees
10 reverse crunches
30 sec plank
15 sec side plank


  1. I have a little routine that I TRY to do daily. It is very similar to this, though I think I might have to add a couple of your ones to my routine. Thanks for the inspiration.:-)
