Health Tips :: Self Care

I'm sure I'm not the only one when it comes to lacking in self care. I found these, so I thought I'd post them. Not just for you, but for my benefit, as well.
1. If it feels wrong, don't do it.
2. Say exactly what you mean.
3. Don't be a people pleaser.
4. Trust your instincts.
5. Never speak bad about yourself.
6. Never give up on your dreams.
7. Don't be afraid to say "no", or "yes".
9. Be kind to yourself.
10. Stay away from drama and negativity as much as possible. 
What are some things you do to give yourself some care? I would add - take time out for yourself. We all need time to ourselves now and then. Especially if you work, have a family, or are around people a lot.
